This photograph of BevoŽ XIII and XIV was taken on September 4, 2004 in the
Texas Hill Country, the day Bevo XIII was retired as Mascot for UT™
and Bevo XIV became his successor. On that day, for the first time in
UT history, two Bevos presided over Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium
at the same time. At halftime, Bevo XIII proudly passed the horns to Bevo
XIV, signifying the start of another grand era.
